top two are jimmy, a gang leader, and his annoying distant cousin jacob that he ends up saddled with.
bottom four are the pirate captain, cain's main officers on his ship (the revelations). they are based on the four horsemen of the apocalypse. these designs are still being finalized, but these are the animals they're going to be based on (a texas blind salamander, a locust, a wolverine and an owl). death's cloak was definitely inspired by the giant one that my friend zack wears around, just cause it's big and victorian looking and he needed some sort of cloak.
